Saved exchanges — questions
Tapping Save stores a snapshot in your browser's localStorage (key: fxcomparison_exchanges). Records keep date, currencies, amount, and rate — visible only on this device.
No account and no cloud sync. Records exist only on this device and browser profile. We do not upload exchange history to a server or share it with third parties.
Tap Delete on any exchange card and confirm in the dialog. Removal is immediate and permanent on this device — there is no recycle bin.
Clearing site data, cookies, or localStorage for www.fxcomparison.app will erase all saved exchanges. Private browsing modes may discard data when you close the window. Keep notes elsewhere if you need a long-term archive.
Yes. On My Exchanges, use Export JSON or Export CSV above your list when you have saved records. Files download to your device only — nothing is uploaded. JSON contains the full record array; CSV includes date, currencies, amount, rate, rate source, and received amount.
